Greetings,

I am Lars-Christian Elvenes, and I run the LCE Perspective blog. I hail from Norway, and live in Oslo, the country’s capital.

I have a great love for learning, and the blog is partly a result of this. I am graduate in organizational psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and to large part the LCE Perspective will reflect that, though I believe it will evolve as my blogging experience increases (and gets better, hopefully).

Besides blogging I have a great overall interest in social media, especially Twitter. You can find me at @lcelvenes if you’re interested. The combination of organizational development and social media is one of my great interests at the moment.

Besides life in general I work as career advisor, I love books, keeping myself in good mental and physical shape, and there’s a good chance you’ll find me carrying a camera should you spot me.

I’m a newbie as I write this, so all feedback, whether related to posts or approaches to blogging is appreciated.
